This was a design build project.  Ray Nabholz, owner
and president of NBMC, worked personally with
Maverick Tube and their engineers to design and
construct this massive manufacturing plant.

The work done by the company involved pouring
concrete slabs, footings, and equipment pads as well as
erecting the metal building (see top left).  NBMC was
also responsible for managing the many subcontractors
involved in the completion of the structure
ESTES STADIUM
UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS
CONWAY, AR

43,000 sq. ft.
Approximate cost  $ 5.2 million
Project Duration - 9 months

This project was a new construction of a
stadium and field house for the University of
Central Arkansas.  Also included were
coaches offices, weight rooms, locker rooms,
and concessions. The home side facility seats
approximately 5,000 fans.

NBMC was awarded the ABC Excellency in
Construction Award.
ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH       
SANCTUARY ADDITION    
CAMDEN, AR
  

2,845 sq. ft.
Approximate cost  $ 320,000
Project Duration  - 6 months

This sanctuary addition and renovation involved
demolition of the existing structure and the
addition of concrete block with brick veneer.  
Wood trusses were used with composition
shingle roofing.  Additional work included
interior remodeling and finishes as well as site
drainage work.

JUDGE ISSAC C PARKER FEDERAL BUILDING
FORT SMITH, AR

25,000 sq. ft.
Approximate cost - Confidential
Project Duration - 4 months

This federal building remodel required interior finishes
on three floors.  Work involved metal studs, drywall,
oak paneling and trim, as well as carpet and tarazzo
flooring.  Beautiful oak paneling and trim was placed
in the federal courtroom (see bottom right).  

NBMC was awarded the GSA Outstanding
Performance Award on this project.
